What we collect

The only personal information Harbour Airconditioning collects through this website is what you type into the quote request form:

• your name
• your email address
• your phone number
• the service you are interested in and whether the property is residential or commercial
• anything you choose to tell us in the message field

We also record a one-way, scrambled fingerprint derived from your internet connection. It cannot be turned back into your IP address, and its only purpose is to stop automated systems from flooding the form with fake enquiries.

Why we collect it

To prepare your quote and to contact you about it. That is the only reason. We do not sell or rent your details, we do not share them with anyone for marketing, and we do not add you to a mailing list.

Where it is stored

Your request is stored in our database and emailed to our own inbox so we can respond. This website, its database, and its form handling are hosted by Netlify, which processes the data on our behalf. Nobody outside Harbour Airconditioning and Netlify has access to it.

How long we keep it

We keep quote requests for 24 months so we can look up the history of work we have quoted or carried out, then delete them. If you ask us to delete your details sooner, we will.

Cookies and tracking

This site sets no advertising or analytics cookies, and there are no third-party trackers, social pixels, or embedded scripts on it. We cannot see which pages you visited before you submitted the form.

Seeing or deleting your information

You can ask us for a copy of the details we hold about you, ask us to correct them, or ask us to delete them. Email us and we will action it. If you have a reference code from a quote request, including it helps us find your enquiry quickly.
